Job Description

As the Team Lead for Technical Recruiting, you will be a player coach leading an incredible team. You will partner and collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership as well as our people partners to craft well-informed hiring strategies and go to market action plans across sourcing, recruiting and staff augmentation.

It will be essential for you to build solid relationships to collaborate with a broad range of senior internal partners as we truly believe that bias for action, authenticity, kindness, and teamwork are paramount to our success and the success of the Company.


  • Help to create and implement TA strategies to achieve hiring plans that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, strong client management and encourages the sharing of standard methodologies.
  • End to end ownership of full lifecycle recruitment for mid-senior level roles while maintaining strategic ownership of the direction of the Technical TA team.
  • Continuously seek to grow and improve our attainment of core KPIs.
  • Supervise, train and evaluate performance of recruiting resources (i.e. recruiters, coordinators, external agencies, etc.).
  • Identify and implement core TA pillars to meet the demands of the business and provide state of the art experience to all partners.
  • Identify the root cause of any issue to solve problems, easy or complex, and design and quickly implement tactical or strategic solutions.
  • Act as a company and brand ambassador at internal and external recruiting events.


  • Minimum 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferably in product management)
  • Minimum of 1 year in people management.
  • Excellent business insight accompanied by in-depth knowledge of the talent market on a local and national basis.
  • Proven success partnering with management throughout the recruiting cycle and executing a metric-driven approach.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations is beneficial.
  • A sense of humor and a real passion for all things TA related.
