The right candidate is ready to dive into large amounts of data, derive insights from that data and share the findings with the team. This is a hands-on role where you will assist team members with ad hoc analysis, market analysis, documenting policies and procedures, administering pay programs, and supporting the merit planning process.
The Compensation Partner will interact regularly with HR Technology, Recruiting and HR Business Partner teams in a fast-paced environment.
