They are looking for an “A” player; someone capable of handling a variety of functional responsibilities. In this role, you will be the primary analyst working with the Sr. Director, C&B, and Director, Compensation, on potentially all aspects of compensation. You will be helping us design and assess the pay programs, and implementing changes.

As a senior member of the team you will lead medium to large scale cross-functional projects, so program management experience is highly desired. You will also be a Compensation Partner for selected business groups and will interact regularly with HR Technology, Recruiting and HR Business Partner teams in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
