Job Description

Our client, a global leader in experience management software that enables context marketing is looking to hire two HR Analysts to join their team as they transform their HR technology globally. The role is perfect for someone with a passion for improving people processes and systems – all while optimizing delivery of support for customers and functional teams. The analysts will work with the Sr Manager of HR Operations to implement Workday HCM.



  • Operationally responsible for the day to day delivery and maintenance of global people data and ensure its integrity (data management, analysis, reporting)
  • Become a power user of the various HR systems
  • Uses analytical skills to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Participate and drive projects, enhancements, test cycles
  • Support the global HR staff with executing various initiatives on the roadmap
  • Constantly evolve and improve the HR systems and processes


Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • At least 2-5 years of functional/technical experience in an analyst role
  • Experience in project lifecycle methodologies
  • Ability to thrive within fast-paced global environments
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to use data to drive recommendations for business process and system enhancements


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS applications such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Jobvite 
  • You are systems saavy with solid understanding of workflows, rules, and what drives data across systems – you know how data gets in, and how it gets out
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill-level in Microsoft Office; VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, and Charts are your thing
  • Must work well independently with proven ability to demonstrate good judgement, decision making, and time management skills
  • Understanding the criticality of maintaining confidential information and access to sensitive data
