Our client, a leader in the science and medicine of pulmonary arterial hypertension, is looking to hire a HR Generalist.
The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting designated functions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, and investigations.
Acts as an employee relations specialist.
Assists with recruitment tasks as needed (reviews applications, interviews).
Partners w/ managers in the performance management process.
Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel.
Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
Assists with various HR L&D projects on an as needed basis.
