Our client, the leader in student-first connected learning platforms is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Director to lead marketing for one of its product lines as well as own strategic planning for several business units. The right person for the role can strategically manage and build an overall marketing plan, both executing as an individual product marketer, as well as coordinate with and leverage team members across the product, business, community and functional marketing teams.
Lead the strategic marketing planning and post-mortem processes for several business units.
Develop and execute on the overall strategic marketing plan for particular products
Serve as Strategic Marketing lead for one of the key business units
Work with the business team to develop and measure marketing KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to rapidly evaluate and adapt marketing programs
Maintain strong cross-team communication and oversee performance reporting, including at the executive level
Identifies, plans closes large mission critical projects
Mentor marketing managers
10+ years of cross-functional marketing experience
End to end experience running marketing campaigns across various channels
4+ years of experience being accountable for a product or product line
Highly analytical mindset with an ROI-focused approach to marketing investment
Project and Program Guru
Consumer marketing experience required
Paid product experience
Serves as an internal/external evangelist for the organization.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and content marketing required
