Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving talent acquisition and management processes that attract and retain world class employees.
  • Provide support in the creation, development, implementation and communication of key HR practices, policies and procedures in all relevant areas:  workforce planning & staffing, leadership development, change management, succession planning, performance management, compensation & rewards, training & development, and compliance.
  • Support values-driven initiatives and programs to drive employee engagement and build a strong, cohesive culture. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Covid Programming
  • Demonstrated success in fostering energetic, fun, diverse workplaces that enable all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of company objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement creative HR solutions that drive business results.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in core HR disciplines such as: employee relations, workforce planning & staffing, compensation & rewards, performance management, training & development, and diversity/affirmative action developed via progressively responsible HR leadership roles.
  • Creative, can do attitude, comfortable in ambiguous, fluid environments.
  • Prior experience in fast moving, high growth environments.   Experience in biotech or the life sciences is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in high-caliber, growth organizations with at least 5 years at the management level.  Small company experience highly desirable.
  • International HR experience.
  • Bachelors (or equivalent) degree required, Masters degree preferred.
