Demonstrated success in fostering energetic, fun, diverse workplaces that enable all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of company objectives.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement creative HR solutions that drive business results.
Demonstrated proficiency in core HR disciplines such as: employee relations, workforce planning & staffing, compensation & rewards, performance management, training & development, and diversity/affirmative action developed via progressively responsible HR leadership roles.
Creative, can do attitude, comfortable in ambiguous, fluid environments.
Prior experience in fast moving, high growth environments. Experience in biotech or the life sciences is highly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in high-caliber, growth organizations with at least 5 years at the management level. Small company experience highly desirable.
