The Inclusion and Diversity Team Support role will support the I&D team administratively and with project management. You will play a key role supporting the Founder and President. This role will support a growing team of 5+ remote employees with team administration and operations and will evolve in 3 phases:
Phase 1 (1-3 months) 8-12 hours per week:
Calendaring and email management for Founder/President of I&D Team.
Phase 2 (3-6 months) 12-20 hours per week:
Evolve into Operations Manager:
Support team administratively and operationally
Phase 3 (6+months) 20-30 hours per week:
I&D Operations Manager
*This is a long term remote role, with varying/fluctuating part-time hours that allows for a work/life blend. Ideal candidates should be: able to work on an "ad hoc" basis; comfortable with ambiguity; impeccable with details/tasks/follow-up.
