The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing and execution skills and have a proven track record in selling and closing the right candidates. They must build excellent partnerships across, within and outside of the organization, specifically with hiring managers/leaders to bring in the right type of talent at the right time to drive company growth.
Drives the definition of hiring strategies in close partnership with the hiring manager that is specific to the role & level.
Partners closely with hiring managers in executing hiring strategies and making adjustments as needed.
Tells a compelling and consistent message to candidates that align with the company brand, values, and mission.
Proactively manages internal relationships with the hiring managers/leaders to meet needs and give continuous feedback on what is/is not working and makes changes as needed.
Contributes in defining and delivering a positive end to end experience for all candidates, hiring managers and employees.
Contributes in designing the interview process and training and influencing hiring managers.
Works with interview teams to ensure alignment on the role, the process and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Has a point of view in continuously assessing and improving the Talent Acquisition infrastructure and processes the ability to adapt to new needs as the organization grows and changes.
Proactively manages external marketplace trends and feeds learnings back to the business and has a point of view on any adaptations needed to be made internally.
Owns appropriate metrics of success and reports them on a regular basis.
Actively contributes and participates in creating a great place to work and a culture that differentiates the company from competitors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Understanding of employment marketplace and trends to apply to recruiting strategies.
Previous experience recruiting within both the hardware and software fields a MUST
Understanding of employment law, AAP, EEO, diversity initiatives and immigration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively influence and partner with others to facilitate the best outcomes.
Builds credibility quickly to effectively partner with clients (internal and external).
