The People Ops Manger will be a strategic partner to the organization, providing HR support and driving growth initiatives for this fast moving company. Partner in the design of innovative HR programs that support company growth
Monitor and administer various functions of total rewards and benefits.
Act as a resource to the organization on employee questions, HR programs and initiatives
Provide project/program management support to senior HR practitioner and organizational leaders
3-5 years of practical experience in OD and/or HR generalist roles
Experience in various HR areas such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent management, recruitment, and learning and development.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws, HR policies & procedures
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask with an attention to detail.
Superior project management and program management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong consulting skills – influencing, collaboration, contracting and responsiveness
Great communication skills and an ability to respond quickly (working primarily with an engineering population)
