We are searching for a Head of Insights for our awesome tech client. This role reports into the SVP of Revenue to take the company's understanding of the Players to the next level. As our future Consumer Insights leader, you will set the vision for the team and identify opportunities for us to grow revenue and increase market share. In working collaboratively with executives and cross-functional partners, you will also inspire product and marketing strategy that embraces and embodies our diverse player base.
Manage the Consumer Insights team and budget and create the bridge between player needs and our overall strategy
Bring in new ideas/methodologies while also optimizing existing practices, vendor partnerships
Represent the voice of players and guide teams to better understand the player journey across our network of games
Forge strong relationships cross-functionally to align Consumer Insights to each line of business to ensure research projects meet business needs
Continue to build and mature the team, remove roadblocks and empower their abilities to lead and partner with the business owners
Spearhead the design and implementation of a learning culture and knowledge transfer approach to sharing information and insights across the network of studios and games including Central Operations.
10+ years experience in analytics and user researcher (preferably in gaming or ecommerce)
5+ years of leadership in product, analytics and/or data science
Familiar with big data stores like Hive/Hadoop, Big Query, AWS, or similar technologies
Managed teams that were accomplished in a statistical language such as R, Python, or Scala or statistical packages like Jump
Collaborative analytics technology and process
Experience working with senior and executive leadership as an a quantitative owner
