This role will work closely with the Organizational Effectiveness team to transform the Performance Management philosophy for the large organization.
The group's purpose is to enable the highest level of performance from our people and our business. They focus on the development of people, organizational change, and creating an empowered and engaged workforce.
An extended community of HR systems partners will work to configure the processes in the system. They will then drive the implementation and execution of our talent processes with HR business partners who participate and champion efforts from the front lines, ultimately developing a deep talent pipeline for the Company.
Overall Responsibilities, may include:
Assist with leading the global execution of the Talent Management processes including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and Succession Management to build better Talent faster
Contribute to the global implementation of the new performance management approach that includes goal management, quarterly conversations, development planning, and regular feedback and coaching
Drive the company’s global talent planning philosophy and talent review process with greater consistency and deeper into the organization to identify our key talent (e.g., high potentials)
Execute the succession planning methodologies to increase the number of “ready now” leaders on global succession plans with an internal and external talent pipeline for key roles
