Our Client, a public company that provides products that deliver the most complete and actionable genomic data is looking for a Project Manager Consultant to join their team in San Jose to implement new initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an HR project manager. Ideally someone who has experience implementing ADP Workforce or Namely HRIS Systems.
Manage implementation plan, hold people accountable, drive results
Serve as main point of contact for the HRIS system and primary liaison with benefit providers and vendors to manage and escalate issues as needed
Ensure data integrity of systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Good understanding of HR best practices.
Strong business systems analysis and process design skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to change.
Ability to implement HR processes to solve complex business problems.
Ability to interpret complex technical instructions.
Ability to take ideas and effectively influence decision makers.
Ability to work collaboratively with others on the HR team and across the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with all types of users.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong professional relationships, and effective interfacing with various levels of management.
Demonstrated project management skills in all phases of the HRIS implementation lifecycle.
