Job Description

Our Client, a public company that provides products that deliver the most complete and actionable genomic data is looking for a Project Manager Consultant to join their team in San Jose to implement new initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an HR project manager. Ideally someone who has experience implementing ADP Workforce or Namely HRIS Systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage implementation plan, hold people accountable, drive results
  • Serve as main point of contact for the HRIS system and primary liaison with benefit providers and vendors to manage and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure data integrity of systems


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong business systems analysis and process design skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to implement HR processes to solve complex business problems.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical instructions.
  • Ability to take ideas and effectively influence decision makers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others on the HR team and across the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with all types of users.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong professional relationships, and effective interfacing with various levels of management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills in all phases of the HRIS implementation lifecycle.
