Job Description

Our client, a public relations and integrated marketing communications agency, is looking for their first Recruiter. This is a new role that will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for this team, working in partnership with the corporate recruiting function. Partner with the organization's division head to determine hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and best practices to secure top talent in the area. This role will work closely with several outside consultants to help establish and build the future recruiting function in anticipation of major growth. Hiring will be focused on product management, UX, business operations and leadership roles.

Responsibilities include:

Partner on-site in the buildout of the recruiting function

Establish "best in class" sourcing practices to fill the recruiting pipeline

-     Own all initial phone screens

-         Facilitate on-site interviews

-        Educate and upsell the organizational culture for prospective hires

-        Creating analytical reports to measure the success of hiring initiatives

     Act as Subject Matter Expert and Advisor to team leaders, providing a consultative approach to recruiting growth


-      Minimum 5 years’ experience owning full recruitment cycle from source-to-hire

-      Experience developing successful recruiting functions

-      4-year college degree or equivalent work experience

-      Desire to play a pivotal role driving growth for a rapidly scaling venture

-      Strong communication and social skills

-      Demonstrable knowledge as a recruiting subject matter expert 

-      Experience with  applicant tracking systems a plus
